Along with parsley, fennel and numerous other umbelliferous plants, Queen Anne’s Lace is a biennial belonging to one of the largest families in the plant kingdom, the Apiaceae. Many members of this family have been cultivated for medicinal, culinary and ornamental value since ancient times and are valued as such today.
